Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Unbabel’s community.
Proactively lead, motivate and develop high performing communities within a time-sensitive environment to deliver on operational KPIs.
Collect data to help the team make better decisions. Identify any gaps and provide recommendations to drive productivity.
Support strategies to grow the community, as well as to increase engagement and interaction within it.
Manage internal and external tools to help our users and optimize our FAQs, platform texts and other means of communication.
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems / processes to fix causes.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Quality and Customer Success teams to knowledgeably steer the community work.
Be the advocate for Unbabel within the community and represent the community inside the company.

Excellent academic and professional track record. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Applied Languages, Communication, Marketing etc
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C2 CEFR level)
Interest & knowledge in more than one foreign language. Previous experience in translation is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) at a proficient level
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices.
Previous experience with Intercom is a plus.
Calm under pressure & being able to deal with frequent changes and unexpected events
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Outstanding people skills that enable you to moderate conversations with our community through multiple channels (email, meet-ups, forums).
