Monitor incoming EDI in the system :
solve anomaly messages,
manage demand coherence (call Customer if incoherence for reprocessing),
review Customer demand (check demand variability against last forecast and compatibility with commercial agreement, and send the programs variation to customers whenever the agreed variation is exceeded),
confirm and investigate with Cust. the scope of the extra / lower demand.
record discrepancies between Cust. Forecast and actual.
Arbitrate PDP for the PDP families correspondent, including :
Management of backlog,
Checking leveling and Projected stock.
Notice in advance the customers about deliveries, when necessary.
Conduct a daily and weekly Production Control and do the internal follow up, communicate with supervisores in order to assure PDP adherence and their reaction;
Review FG status in order to assure Budget and Forecast.
Track the delivery performance on customers (MPMs);
Communicate to Material planner and Warehouse manager (if any) before any change to the PDP
Prepare and disseminate to the Warehouse Manager an expedition plan (manifests, preperation plans), based on short-term customer needs, and consolidate expedition plan to send to transports team weekly.
Keep permanent contact with the client, in order to obtain short and minimum term delivery plans; and empty packaging returns.
Follow up with the customer any settllement of invoices in a litigation situation;
Manage Cust. logistic alerts (Customer portal)
Respond to logistics complaints and follow-up the corrective actions implemented and their effectiveness;
Ensure and follow-up the administrative devolution by the customer and make the link between quality service and accounting;
Promote and ensure best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy;
