Our Client is a Multinational company in the FMCG sector.
Principais responsabilidades
Drive the Revenue Management agenda and influence RM goals;
Identify opportunities to increase Revenue and identifying profit pool opportunities and risks;
Conduct and identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations on : innovation (before and after launch), actual portfolio and SKU / Channel mix;
Brand Portfolio Pricing & Pack-Price Architecture : Advise marketing on setting of recommended consumer brand prices and conduct white space analysis;
Analyze current mix performance, identify mix opportunities, support prioritization of sku mix based on profitability-potential analytics;
Promotions : leading promo guardrails definition and support channels on promo efficiency analysis monitoring the set promo guardrails by brand, account, pack type;
Discounts & Trade Terms : ensure process integrity on both channels regarding strategy definition and implementation;
Provides inputs to the optimization of the brand / product / customer mix to Marketing and Trade Marketing and Sales Off-Trade;
Systematic analysis of the effectiveness and return on investment of our promotions;
Ownership of the Promo evaluation tool;
Involved in supporting the overall promo strategy and their management;
includes providing guidelines for price promotions).
Perfil desejado
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Sales;
At least 5-6 years' experience on Sales, Commerce Control, Category in FMCG;
Mandatory 2-3 years' experience with Revenue Management (preferential in FMCG);
Experience of Market and Consumer Data - working with big / fragmented data (preferential)
Interpersonal & influencing skills, ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal Customers; Stakeholder Management & adaptable to diverse environments;
Business analytical skills, ability to rapidly identify opportunities / gaps and doing recommendations based on the information available;
High Level of cross functional cooperation effectively partnering with differente areas from the business, eg Sales, Controlling, NAM / KAM and Marketing Teams;
Planning & Organisation skills, ability to determine goals and priorities effectively and stipulating the time, activities and resources required to achieve the set goals;
High user knowledge of Microsoft Office;
English Fluent.
