Description

As a Customer Care Representative your main responsibilities will be :

  • Provide assistance via phone / mail / email from existing and new / potential customers;
  • Provide assistance via phone / mail / email from existing and new / potential customers, sales and

  • partners, by solving customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business;
  • Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained;
  • Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management;
  • Channel queries to corresponding responsible for responsible area;
  • Billing Process management;
  • Supports continuous process improvement and quality;
  • Preparations and support in Sales Partner inventories;
  • Control reports in non-registered sales for Sales Partners;
  • Support in stock management of Sales Partners;
  • Requirements

    You are the person we are looking for if you :

  • Have minimum required Secondary school;
  • 1 year of related Customer Service experience;
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus;
  • Native French and English b1.
