We are hiring a People Ops Manager to our People team in Europe !


  • Manage the People Ops team in Europe
  • Work closely with the Global People Ops team to design and implement People process & tools to be simple, scalable and equitable while improving employee experience for Gympassers at all functions, levels and locations.
  • Partner with the People team to transform and accelerate onboarding processes to enhance the new hire experience, build engagement and enable new employees to ramp up quickly.
  • Manage the team responsible for onboarding of all new hires in Europe - they are the first Gympasser they have contact with, so ensuring an excellent onboarding experience is part of your job
  • Manage and support the team working closely with the Payroll Specialist to ensure the monthly information is sent and checked in time of payment - manage payroll activities with finance, vendors and employees
  • Continuous Improvement : propose improvements to our current processes, suggest new ways of working and collaborating with ideas
  • Help foster the company culture by coordinating, facilitating, and overseeing employee engagement activities and initiatives for Europe
  • Ensure HR compliance with regulations in all countries in Europe in which Gympass operates.

  • The ideal candidate has already some experience with Europe Labor Law, worked in a Human Resources Ops position and is looking for the next step in the career, in a tech, fast paced company, who is growing and investing a lot.
  • At least 5+ years in a Human Resources, Payroll or Admin position
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of overall Europe labor law and practice is a must
  • Full proficiency in English and any other European language is a plus
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a safe-paced environment
  • A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals
  • A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization
  • You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish steady cross-functional relationships
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Tech savvy & Experience in a tech company is a plus
