Address issues via chat, email orphone channels, following operating procedures;
Close customer inquiriesregarding online marketing products, troubleshoot issues per processspecifications, assist users in recovering account information and assistin payment related issues;
Adapt existing processes to craftalternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to thenext level for resolution.
