Responsibilities
Be a driver for efficiency and operational excellence through strong cooperation with functional departments and Global Process Optmization (GPO) organization in the definition, prioritization and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (processes, automation, digitization);
Manage transfer of activities in various functions from local (EU / US / MEX) organizations to Webasto Business Services (WBS) in Lisbon;
Align on suitable activity split together with local and WBS management and ensure its realization;
Report on status and progress of transition progress to WBS and functional management
Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
Requirements
College degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of Project Management or as Transition Manager
Hands on mentality and pragmatic customer-oriented problem-solving abilities
Experience with a project management tool and / or methodology is a plus
SAP Experience is a plus
High degree of personal responsibility and self-reliance
Good communication and assertiveness
Willingness to travel internationally
English proficiency written and spoken
