We are looking for a PHP Developer for a Swedish company creating a job search platform. You will get involved in the development of the flagship product and strengthen the backend capabilities of the website.
The company's mission is to help all job seekers find a place where they can feel belonging and be freedom of action. In 2017, they started building their platform, which has quickly become one of the most comprehensive and recognizable online job provider indexes for companies like Uber, Glovo, Bolt, and many more.
In less than 4 years, the company acquired nearly 2 million members in 40 different countries.
Requirements :
3+ years of back-end engineering experience (preferably as part of a startup)
Advanced experience with :
Symfony framework
API Platform
PostgreSQL
Good working knowledge of :
Heroku
Strong communication skills
Based somewhere between UTC-5 and UTC+3
Nice to have :
Previous experience working with OKR system
Experience with Docker and Backend architecture design
Reverse engineering knowledge of Android / iOS / JS / WebApps
Experience in bot and captcha bypass mitigation tactics
Knowledge of SafetyNet Attestation / DeviceCheck
Responsibilities :
Developing new admin panel architecture and implementation
Create and improve processes around integrations of new data sources
Contribute to the development and shaping of our key results
Provide guidance and problem solving to the team to address challenges and blockers
Research, design and implement solutions with the highest quality standards
Actively identify areas of training and development, and participate in training initiatives
Analyze requirements and provide design recommendations based on new APIs and the architecture of existing systems
Adapt and be familiar with the latest technologies and contribute to the improvement of our technology stack
Project management and communication
Translate user and business requirements into development priorities
Review and submit engineering requirements and specifications
