Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader - Lisbon

Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader (m / f) to join a multinational retail company, based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities :
Local subject matter expert for all sourcing & EVP (Employee Value Proposition) planning related aspects in country;
Leads localisation of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) sourcing & EVP concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in country;
Proactively collects and transmits country sourcing & EVP needs to the CoE;
Identifies local channels / solutions that compliment global channels to address future business needs;
Responsible for execution of all local initiatives linked to employer marketing and branding in the country including managing national partnerships with employer outlets e.g. LinkedIn;
Develops / trains recruiting team on local sourcing frameworks and monitors channel utilization across the country;
Monitors and manages sourcing needs for today / future;
Monitors and leverages external employer and workforce trends to develop attraction / sourcing strategies at country level;
Takes a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance on sourcing & EVP dimensions.
Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources or similar;
Min of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Sourcing Channel Management and Employment Branding / EVP strategies;
Experience from a global matrix organisation and / or participating on global projects;
Knowledge of how to implement long-term plans, according to set budgets and goals;
Knowledge of forecasting, analysing and planning for the talent needs for key positions;
Applies business knowledge and leverage digital best practices to achieve organisational goals;
Appreciate the mix of strategic, tactical and operational.
