What’s the role about?
The HR Advisor will report directly to the HR Services Manager. The HR Advisor will be responsible for core HR administration and providing Tier 1 query support.
Supporting employees at all levels in the organization and providing HR advice across in a broad range of business situations, finding prompt and efficient solutions to requests received via on-line, case management request form, email, phone or live-chat.
What you’ll do?
Manage new-hire administration including conducting background verification checks, issuing contracts and coordinating the employee on-boarding process.
Maintain employee data throughout the employee life-cycle, maintaining a high level of data quality while providing a great customer experience throughout the process.
Handle and complete mass-data employee changes.
Support HRIS / systems configuration when requested.
Administer employee organization changes including promotions, demotions, transfers, separation, retirement and absences.
Handle a broad range of customer queries from multiple channels such as online case management request form, email, phone or live-chat.
Serve customers until requests are resolved, and where required partner with other HR colleagues to seek additional input and advice
Improve process quality and efficiency by applying continuous improvement techniques, working closely with HR colleagues, collecting feedback.,
Meet and maintain service level agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s),and keep process documentation and knowledge base up to date at all times.
Develop and provide HR reports requested by the Business Units.
What are we looking for?
University or College degree.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position in the field of HR.
Good Customer-service orientation
Good analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Experience of operating at HR Advisor level within an GBS or HR environment.
Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Language skills :
Essential - English and Slovenian
Desirable - Swedish / Turkish / Spanish / German / French.
