FREE NOW is looking for a passionate, experienced and innovative Partnerships Manager for FREE NOW for Business.

As part of the International Partnerships Team you will be working closely with Product, Sales and Strategy to lead the partner channel for our new Mobility Budget offering.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a unicorn company formed of highly motivated teams in a fast-paced, multicultural and high impact environment across 10 markets.

Your major goals are :

  • Unveil existing and new Partner growth potentials and goals
  • Drive successful expansion and retention strategies across our product lines and through all channels available
  • Drive our B2B partner strategy, aiming to grow our B2B employee benefits and business travel product, including lead generation, B2B passengers activation and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Hunters, Farmers to actively and strategically contribute to define B2B strategic priorities, product development priorities, sales & B2B marketing strategies
  • Develop and drive marketing activities across markets in online / offline channels with the Marketing Team and optimize holistically : digital, CRM, event, content & PR
  • Establish, monitor and report on all key B2B Partner KPIs and metrics
  • Your profile :

  • 2+ years of successful experience in Partner Management (Maas and / or SaaS experience is a considerable advantage)
  • Knowledge of Product use case design and understanding of Tech acronyms and terminology
  • Experience in Human Capital Management & Benefits Space would be a plus
  • Exceptional at linking strategy and operations
  • Confident deep diving into any levels of detail
  • Strong experience orchestrating several departments and external Partners
  • Experience in designing and driving a reseller and referral funnel for leads
  • Initiative, self sufficient and autonomous mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (any second european language of advantage)
  • Ability to multitask, deliver and report on results, extra miles mindset
  • Management experience and leadership skills
  • Must be comfortable working in an decentralized remote environment
  • Experience in budget management, ability to set a target and overachieve it with positive ROI.
  • Problem solver who is focused on solutions for customers
