The Ecosystem Products team designs and implements the technology that enables the FARFETCH ecosystem to grow and scale. We are designers, product managers and engineers working together to create the solutions that connect customers with our partner boutiques.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to craft innovative and human-centered products and services in a complex and dynamic environment, and to actively collaborate in the definition of what the future of retail, both online and in store, will be.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with the Product and Tech counterparts to define the problem space and desired customer outcomes;
Conduct User Research and Business Analysis, identify the opportunities we can explore, and help shape the vision and roadmap for our solutions;;
Translate the business goals and the customer needs into sustainable journeys across digital and physical spaces;
Design, prototype, test and support the implementation of these journeys, as well as monitor results and uncover adoption issues or new features;
Advocate for the best possible experiences and foster a human-centered mindset.
Who You Are
You have +5 years of experience in Product Design, and a high level of autonomy;
You have experience in Mobile and Web, and you are also comfortable with Service Design and designing for B2B and B2C applications;
You are a systems thinker, and you're able to understand how your design impacts or is impacted by other products and services;
You are able to take on complex problems, select the adequate Research methodologies and work strategically with cross-functional teams;
You are pragmatic and outcome-oriented, and you are comfortable presenting concepts through wireframes, prototypes or illustrations that are translatable to our products and services;
You have excellent communication skills that you use to present your work and disseminate best-practices across the company;
You are a team player, and you are able to reach out to other people of the company;
