Job Description
Technical Conception and implementation of business requirements in SAP C4C.
Fine-tuning and activities related to sales and service business objects (Master Data, Sales and Service Processes, Authorizations, Party Processing).
Executing Standard Integration scenario of C4C with ECC and CRM using PI / HCI.
Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and Experience in Creation of Extension Fields
Data Migration & cleansing tasks.
Issue handling within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level application support.
Qualifications
More than 2 years of experience in customization / configuration of CRM systems (SAP C4C, SAP FSM, Salesforce, etc...)
More than 2 years of experience in implementation projects (SAP CRM, ERP, BI, etc...)
Experience in data migration tasks
Experience in creating and designing reports
Basic knowledge of integration scenarios
Willingness to learn and be challenged
Willingness to travel
Basic knowledge of sales and service processes will be considered as a plus
Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) will be considered as a plus.
