Job descriptionAs a Supplier Enablement Trainee, you will support Infineon’s suppliers in their enrollment for a new purchasing system deployed in our locations.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to work with different internal processes and other teams to identify and support the implementation of improvement opportunities.
In your new role you will : - Support the deployment of a new purchasing system to Infineon locations;- Engage and follow-up with suppliers to enroll them on a new system;
Provide functional support towards business partners of all organizational levels;- Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports to track accomplishments;
Support the implementation of improvement opportunities via automation;- Support with PowerPoint presentations, survey tools and written communication material.

You are a team player who is able to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.You are best equipped for this role if you : - Have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, International Relations, Language Studies or similar field;
Are a great communicator, able to share information effectively and professionally with both internal and external partners;
Have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times;- Have good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
