We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Lisbon to work on exciting projects in the data-driven world of sustainable transportation.
What can you expect to be your day to day at tb.lx
Your ResponsibilitiesImplement data transformation pipelines in batch and streaming;Align and contribute with Data Scientists in preparing data and productionize machine learning models;
Implement CI / CD pipelines for the created jobs;Maintain all jobs with improvements and bug fixes as needed;Being able to communicate technical concepts and solutions not only for technical people but also to non-technical people.
Main RequirementsDegree in computer science, mathematics or related fields;Deep understandings of Distributed Systems;Proven experience in productionize machine learning models;
Be familiar with the most common machine learning libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch / Keras, etc);Deep understanding of Application and Infrastructure Design in a Cloud Environment;
Experience with Unit testing, automated integration, and load tests;Strong knowledge of Python and knowledge of Scala or other functional programming languages;
Proven experience with Apache Spark;Strong experience with SQL.
Nice to have
If you are the unicorn candidate it would be great if you also had :
Proven experience working as a hybrid Data Scientist / Engineer before;
Experience with ADX and Kusto Language
