Faurecia is looking fora SAP TM expertto support itsTransport Management Core Model to be based in Santa Maria da Feira .
The business analyst will be partof Supply Chain domain and will be also in charge of contributing to enrichingand implementing new tools within the domain in order to support the business.
Main Missions and Results :
Support Functional Design Team Leader in developing and enhancingthe core system
Write / maintain functional specifications
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews,for modified and new systems / functionalities, and other post-implementationsupport
Review existing business process documentation for applicability andmodify as necessary
Ensure user training and make sure that tools are correctly used by user’scommunity
Track bug fixing with the competence center or with the editor
Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define requirements,system goals, identify and resolve system issues
Lead and participate in design sessions regarding newfunctionalities for the purpose of enhancing business processes and informationprocess flow
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existingsystems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging thesesystems.
Provide guidance and / or instruction to peer staff members
Position desired skill elements :
Master degree in Engineering or Business School
Experience (3+ years) within SAP
Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in SAP TM module. Knowledgeof 9.5 would be appreciated
Experience in project mode, working in a team-oriented &collaborative environment
Good communication and expression skills in an internationalenvironment
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability inwork approach
Ability to conduct research into systems issues
Solid written and oral communication skills as well as listening andinterpersonal skills
Very good level of English (spoken & written), a third languageis a plus.
This positionrequires mobility (approximately 20%)
