What are my responsibilities?

Becomepart of young and dynamic Competence Center Team with high expansion plans withan increasing customer base and an attractive application road map.

The CMApp CompetenceCenter Team is owner of an Application for Contract Management and provideshereby Customers with customized Contract Management Application solutions andensures a smooth Contract Management process for Users and the organization.

Join the team to become a junior service request manager, an being responsibleto handle a wide range of User requests.

  • Mange independent User request and provide solution. Beingthe first interface to Users (mainly Contract Managers) and take care abouttheir questions
  • Management of User communities (e.g. via Yammer)
  • Define, conduct trainings and create training material
  • What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • High IT Affinity and willing to learnfast in a new environment
  • Willing to ramp-up knowledge andcommunicate actively with Users (Good communication skills)
  • High level of pro-activeness andindependency
  • Very good English skills, basic Germanskills appreciated
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • High school / university degreeappreciated
  • Intermediate experience in finance,controlling & accounting areas, Siemens experience as advantage
  • Project team member experience would bebeneficial
  • Good analytical skills, customerorientation, team player
  • Ability to built up and maintaincustomer relationships
  • Experienced in User management / conducting trainings
  • Basic understanding of contract law / legal requirements with regards to contracts)

    Process knowledge of contractmanagement / processing)
