Functional & Technical Support Odoo (100%)
in our Services Center in Moreira da Maia in Portugal .
In this newly created role, you have the unique opportunity to apply your experience in functional & technical customer support on a mission to maximise user satisfaction with Odoo, our new global CRM & ERP.
Your mission : Maximised user satisfaction through world-class 1st and 2nd level support .
Providing our internal and external Odoo users across the globe with the perfect answer to any of their questions.
Supporting internal and external users in their day-to-day operations through our service desk, chat, or phone.
Solving technical problems and providing troubleshooting.
Creating and improving system documentation and work instructions.
Providing our Product Owners with structured user feedback.
Helping to continuously improve the user experience in the system through configurations and small developments.
Escalating complex change requests and bug fixes to our implementation partners and manage those support cases.
Engaging with our colleagues, customers, and leads around our service offering.
With at least 3 years work experience.
Highly service oriented, with excellent people skills.
A learner, not a knower, with an analytical mindset.
Very structured and diligent yet pragmatic and result-driven.
An authentic team player, demanding of yourself and leading by example.
With great interpersonal and communication skills and comfort advising senior-level management.
Fully professionally proficient in English (mandatory for all employees working at HeiQ - additional languages are advantageous).
A Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Practical experience working in customer service or user support.
Experience working with Odoo (Enterprise or Community version), as a power user, support agent, and / or system administrator.
A problem-solving mindset with good knowledge of business processes.
Technical knowledge in Python / JS programming is a strong plus.
Experience working in multi-geography and virtual environments.
Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is a plus.
