Profile :

  • Excellent communicator this role involves talking to several people per day and due to this, you need to be able to efficiently communicate and of course enjoy speaking to people.

  • Your experience & skills :

  • Be fluent speakers in the language we require C1 / C2 and have excellent writing skills
  • Be fluent English and have good writing skills
  • Feel passionate about : gaming industry / technical support / travel and tourism support
  • Show strong logical thinking, good communication and team player
  • Have consumer oriented mind-set and willingness to provide the best service
  • Have technical knowledge or experience in technical support
  • Technical support experience or customer support experience is greatly appreciated
  • Main Responsibilities :

  • To consistently provide solutions to consumers and deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction in specified native or near-native language by webmail / chat / phone.
  • To act with autonomy and creativity to delight and astound customers with knowledge and passion for our products.
  • To consistently look for opportunities to improve the customer experience by sharing consumer feedback and recommendations.
