What you will learn and contribute to
As the customer solutions architect, you will lead the definition and design of the service fulfilment and orchestration solutions with the customers in Europe region.
As part of our team, you will :
work with the customer to define and manage requirements for Nokia FlowOne and Nokia Orchestration Center (NOrC) solutions
design FlowOne and NOrC solution related customer use cases and requirements
design FlowOne and NOrC solution integration with network, resource systems and BSS systems
Be responsible for identifying, scoping and building costing and scope of works for Change Requests in the stream of work
Your skills and experience
Excellent skills in customer engagement, leading technical requirements discussions and customer workshops, formulating conclusions and documenting results
Design experience from multiple customer delivery projects in cloud orchestration domain and solutions
Design experience with Nokia FlowOne solutions
Experience in preparing requirements and design documents and deliverables, arranging review sessions with key stakeholders
Able to align Nokia internal teams and stakeholders related to product capabilities and customer requirements
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
high level knowledge and recent design experience with most of the following : Catalog driven service orchestration solutions Service and resource inventory solutions Services provisioning for access technologies such as xDSL or FTTx Services provisioning for core network technologies such as IP / MPLS Mobile services provisioning Service / Resource orchestration Virtualized and containerized application architectures
It would be nice if you also had experience in some of these areas :
Assurance domain / solutions
ETSI NFV models
CaaS platforms, Kubernetes and Docker
Agile project delivery
