As a global company Essity is using different solutions in HCM environment to run our global and local processes . We have implemented global HR processes, we use Workday, Kronos WFD, SAP ERP and Microsoft driven solutions.
In this role you are the channel between the customer community and the solution development teams, supporting the delivery of the necessary technology services to the business by analyzing and refining requirements.
About the Role
IT Business Analyst HCM is responsible mainly for support and continues improvement of solution for travel expenses - SAP Concur.
He / She participates actively also in SAP payroll support.
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
The HCM is an international team with members based in several countries and Essity locations, therefore the candidate from other locations than Munich and Gothenburg can apply too.
The working conditions refer to respective country, where candidate is based. Light travel may be required.

Within Travel area
Provide support according to Support model for Travel
Participate on Concur Global Essity rollout in case of new acquisitions
Participate in pre-studies related to Travel Management initiatives and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications
Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals
Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
Participates in converting the bigger business demands into projects where needed
Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery.
Within Payroll area
Support authorizations for SAP Payroll
Coordinate SAP Support Package implementation
Who You Are
Experience working in a similar position
Ideally experience working as a Business Analyst, strong ability to understand the client needs
Experience or certifications in the area of SAP Concur, SAP Payroll, Project management
Experience to consult with business leaders to translate business goals into customer journey maps and business requirements
Passionate about working in a team
Solution oriented within agreed limits (standard processes, quality and budget)
Excellent analytical skills
Ideally experience with working in an international environment
The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals
