Over 8 years of IT experience;
2 to 3 years of ServiceNow experience as Technical Project Manager / Implementation authority;
Implementation experience on various ITSM, ITBM and CSM modules;
Hands-on experience on Service lifecycle on ServiceNow;
Detailed understanding of ITIL v3 processes;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
Good Collaboration skills and teamwork ethic;
Attention to details and commitment to quality;
Good work ethic, ambitious and well-organized.
