The scope of the Paris Client Services & Portfolio Management team is to centralize Client’s requests linked to Financing once the Credit Facility Agreement is signed, and to provide assistance for the custody (cash, FX, FDS, draw downs and repayments).

Lisbon CS & PM team’s primary objective is to support Paris on the day-to-day processes. Thus, the Lisbon Client Services & Portfolio Manager provides assistance in the collection of information and requests from the Client and in the process of the business as usual for the Financing Client Services.

In their function of assistance, Lisbon will interact with Paris CS&PM to maintain a precise accuracy and analysis of the collateral.

Regarding requests related to Financing (such as collateral subscription / redemption, drawdowns, FX etc.), the Lisbon CS & PM will assist the Paris CS & PM in performing simulations on the Client’s portfolio taking into consideration the modification requested by the Client, and analyses the impact on the LTV (Loan-to-Value), according to the terms of the Credit Facility Agreement which define the collateral eligibility and haircut methodology. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures efficient processing of the Credit Facility events post signing of the Financing Documents;
  • Supports and informs Paris Client Services & Portfolio Management team on haircut simulations, and on the follow-up on breaches;
  • Ensures the reception of client requests during the post deal process, under supervision of Paris;
  • Administration of documents, invoices etc. in respect of the applicable risk framework;
  • Supports Paris Client Services & Portfolio Management team regarding the client’s portfolios, in terms of positions valuation and reconciliation, substitutions, pricing and static data, to guarantee that updated and correct information are included in the financing calculation;
  • Administrative follow-up on new client onboardings done by the Paris CS & PM team;
  • Facilitates collateral substitutions;
  • Coordinates cash processing related to Credit Facility events;
  • Reconcile positions and deliver reports;
  • Ensures coordination between loan admin teams, HFR Team, CIB and BP2S custody department for the efficient resolution of client issue;
  • Provides any relevant information or reporting as required by the Structuring team (such as KPIs, utilization volume, ratios, revenues);
  • Provides haircut simulations and assess results against limits to Paris CS & PM team;
  • Analysis and detection of breaches : communication to Paris Structuring Team and Paris CS & PM Team; follow-up on the implementation of Cure plans done by Paris;
  • Participates in projects for the definition of new products offer and services, under Paris Client Services supervision;
  • Proposes HFT system enhancements;
  • Participates to overall operational efficiency improvements.
  • PROFILE

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and in financial markets dealing desks;
  • Funds Industry knowledge and financial markets;
