As a Customer Support Advisor, you will :
Helping customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner
Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds ).
Provide a warm contact with the clients, attending their queries and adding value by increasing our Brand awareness.
