As the IT Support - Team Manager , we are looking for someone organized, with good people skills, a strong analytical mind and attention to detail, to lead our IT Support business area in Lisbon.

You will be reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer and contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of service response to our customers through your energy and commitment.

We welcome your creativity and business acumen to propose new ideas that can lead to new processes and IT tools that may lead to decreased response times, proactiveness in the service provided and better resource allocation.


  • As a Team Leader and Head of IT Support you will be responsible for organizing all the teams work, participate on the meetings with other business area to report on the current status of your unit in respect to them.
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure the timely response to customers, as well as ensuring the quality of such responses and to continuously improve your team’s performance through training and supervision.
  • You will be in full control of your team being able to constantly tweak and readjust their work methodologies to meet the defined KPIs for your unit.
  • Your also given the responsibility of gathering the training needs, being it internal or external, of your team’s members and even your own.
  • Also you are expected to present improvement opportunities on the current processes or work methodologies that might translate in better efficiency for your current business area or even others.
  • Main requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in team management
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B support
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux based operating systems
  • 2+ years of experience with relational databases
  • Enjoy establishing close customer relations and interactions
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented, organized with attention to details
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset
  • Nice to have

  • Solid experience in the Telecommunication industry either on Mobile Network Operators or Voice Telecom Carriers
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of A2P SMS and Voice of IP industry
  • Knowledge on Jira platform, mainly Service Desk
  • Knowledge on Nagios platform
  • Strong leadership skills and willingness to raise up to the challenges presented
