Job Overview and Responsibilities
Within the Global Shared Services entity of Solvay, the Human Resources Service Line aims to deliverHR services for the Group including Payroll & Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, Reporting & HRIS.
In a context of global transformation of the HR entity, the Talent Attraction Services Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the global Talent Attraction services team which includes Recruiters and Sourcers (25 employees).
He / She : Ensures that the worldwide Solvay recruitment needs of non-executive roles are met. This includes the deployment of the strategy defined for talent sourcing and pooling, talent assessment and selection Partners with Head of Talent Attraction ensuring alignment in the deployment of the Group Talent Attraction strategy and global standards defined Partners with HR Operations to ensure operational consistency Contributes to continuous improvement in the Talent Attraction domain, collaborating with other teams within the HR Business Support Activities, HR Service Line and Information Services.
Education and Experience
University degree in Human Resources or related field. 5-7 years Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years of operational Talent Attraction experience.
Experience working in an HR role for multi-country, regional or global scope. Team management experience experience with remote management is a plus.
