We are looking for Live In Carers to support our clients in their own homes, across England and Wales.

Our carers come from all different backgrounds and we don t require any previous experience. We have found individuals with Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Live In Carer.

So whether you have professional care experience, personal care experience, or no experience at all, we want to hear your story and help you on the way to becoming a successful Live in Carer with the Active Care Group.

We support clients with a variety of physical disabilities, for example Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease.

Duties will include personal care, domestic tasks and social activities. Every client is individual and therefore you must be willing to adapt to different lifestyles.

You will work on average 10 hours per day and have the opportunity to schedule your assignments up to 6 months in advance, enabling you to create a good work / life balance.

Live in Carer Pay Grades :

£87.20 per day - Grade 1 Starting Salary

£90.85 per day - Grade 3 This is dependent on successful completion of your 3-month probation and qualifications : Level 3 Diploma / NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent healthcare related.

Overseas Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy qualifications will be accepted.

Day rate is inclusive of Government accommodation offset, which will be deducted for every 24 hours you spend in the Clients home

All applicants much have proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

All applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate screening, including checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service
