The Product Manager (Identity Verification) The position directly engages with GTM teams and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the go-to-market strategy got Telesign identity verification products.

As a key growth-driving position, the product manager participates in partner selection and leads sales material, technical documentation, and GTM strategy creation from a product perspective.

This role also monitors the ongoing success of GTM strategy as well as reports back on product features and capabilities required by the market.

Additionally, this person serves as the primary point of contact for all things related to Telesign’s identity verification products and will be an evangelist for its capabilities with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Principal Responsibilities - What you do

  • Work in concert with sales and marketing to implement go to market plans.
  • Define and monitor product and product feature launch readiness and success metrics.
  • Collaborate on product definition and product roadmaps with PMs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for product and technical questions on identity verification products.
  • Analyze, identify, and quantify opportunities for new markets, new product features and new product ideas.
  • You will be working closely with our product owners, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Use internal and market data to make good decisions. Develop and analyze API KPIs to identify, scope, and prioritize areas for enhancements.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product management experience
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS technology partner management experience
  • Demonstrated networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with reading technical documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with teams of varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of SOAP, REST web services, integration & cloud technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
