OneKey Marketing Services is entering into a new dimension to provide communication services to Life Science companies that request to enlarge their communication capacity by using more personal communication channels.
Therefore, we must build the global programmatic offering, with a mix of acquisition, partnership and skills development.
The Global Programmatic Business Developer will have to perform and coordinate various actions like :
Identify the companies to partner with (Agency, IDs partner, DSP providers)
Identify potential acquisition (Agency, IDs partner, DSP providers)
Build the value proposition by mixing partners & acquisitions
Internalize skills and competencies
Help Marketing developing Sales Support Marketing material, Webinars
As a Programmatic Business Developer, you will be in charge of :
Product developement through a Strategic Roadmap, including market research
Competitive Intelligence : Competitors, New technology
Sales Monitoring : ROI, Forecast
Internal Training Program : Elearning, Quizz, validation test
Communication : Marketing Campaign, Event, Barometer of impact
Legal Document update : MSA / SLA / SOW
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers / clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers / clients
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Train members of local sales team, arranging external training where appropriate
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business.
Qualifications & Skills
5 years related experience in programmatic, healthcare market knowledge would be a plus
Project management experience
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
Written and verbal communication skills in English - needed for communicating with stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
Collaborative and decision-making skills
Negotiating and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to start things from scratch.
