CIB PROTECT & CONDUCT is a central CIB team with strong coordination with Group and CIB domains. The team is an integrated transversal Chief Conduct & Control Officer team (CCCO) to serve CCCOS and protect CIB on all Non-Financial Risks such as Operational, Regulatory and Conduct risks.

Our main missions are :

  • Act as a shield for CIB Non-financial Risk Framework
  • Mutualize & Coordinate transversally
  • Support CCCO methodology consistency & Advise
  • Deliver projects (non-exhaustive)

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The CIB Conduct & Control Analyst will actively take part and support the CIB PROTECT & CONDUCT on shore team in the following key BAU activities, but not limited to :

    Reporting : Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards on Recommendations, Credit, Individual Conduct & Control Evaluation (ICCE) and Historical / Potential incidents.

    Manage the CIB mandatory e-Learning process.

    Analysis and synthesis : Analyze Internal Audit reports and produce executive summaries. Risk and process mapping of recommendations.

    Produce Group Procedures digests. Analyse root causes of issues.

    Stakeholders Management : Act as a representative of CIB PROTECT & CONDUCT towards the LoD1 (Level of Defense) community.

    Ensure the coordination between Conduct team(s), data providers and IT.

    Data Quality : Reconcile data with Group RISK and escalate inconsistencies, ensure correct organizational allocation of new IN recommendation, perform controls and sanity checks, liaise with data providers / owners to improve the data quality.

    Internal Clients requests : Manage internal Clients requests and ensure a timely response.

    Procedures management : Contribute, write and maintain up to date all Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) / guidelines.

    Communication : Coordinate and maintain the CCCO SharePoint.

    Projects : Contribute / Assist onshore team in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification

    Governances : Contribute to the preparation of Steering, Executive and Operational Committees.

    PROFILE

    Master’s degree in Banking or Finance

    Proficient with MS Office, especially with EXCEL mandatory; VBA skills is a plus

    Strong communication skills up to senior management level

    Capacity to summarize

    Team player with high ethics

    Highly organized and ability for multi-task

    Attention to details

    Rigorous, autonomous with strong interpersonal skills

    Fast learner

    Fluent in English, French is a plus
