We are looking for a Sales Developer for a reference Company in Home Automation and electrical equipment.
Responsibilities and duties :
Develop sales in civil equipment, home automation, lighting and emergency lighting, the main focus is home appliances and home automation.;
Specify branded products and solutions into qualified projects, follow-up and follow-through;
Develop sale leads, work attentively with channel partners from pre-sales to deal closure to after-sales;
Establish and cultivate favorable relationships with industry stakeholders (i.e. developers, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, channel and hotel operators), guaranteeing brand recall and recurring sales
Provide commercial and technical support for channel partners and their dealers network;
Work independently as well as cross-functionally with colleagues;
Maintains open communication and provides local market information to the Company Management on a regular basis;
Responsible for reaching yearly sales targets into the related industry segment;
Travel extensively within the country.
8+ years of sales or business development experience with demonstrated success achieving sales targets and delivering business objectives;
Understands the fundamentals of multi-stakeholder solution sales, especially in construction and architecture industry;
Capable of working in a professional and conscientious manner;
Good interpersonal skills and capable of communicating effectively and concisely with colleagues and customers coming from a variety of business cultures;
Able to conduct presentations, possess appropriate skills for meetings and negotiations;
Highly organized and detail oriented with accentuating project management skills;
Professional language proficiency in Portuguese and English languages, both written and spoken.
