You will support our client in our Emotional Awareness team as a content moderator in our contact center in Lisbon, Portugal.

Content moderation of German language content on the video app, with a focus on emotionally challenging content;

Identifying content, as well as filtering, organizing and evaluating information;

Focusing on videos with content such as sadness, heartbreak, emotional problems, anxiety or depression;

Classifying whether named content appears in the video or not;

Editing a large number of videos while adhering to daily goals.

Our ideal candidate is

You are always up to date regarding Social Media

You are motivated and committed to your work

You have excellent communication and listening skills

Fluent in German

Working proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills
