Your Task

You support customers of a fashion online shop by phone and e-mail.

You advise and assist customers on topics such as product selection, ordering, payment methods, delivery, exchange and warranty.

As a customer service agent, you will give first-class tips on any questions you may have regarding the range of products offered by an internationally renowned fashion brand.

The administration of master data and further customer information belongs to your tasks.

Furthermore, you process complaints quickly, carefully and customer-oriented.

Your Profile

You have an excellent command of German and a good command of spoken and written English.

You are fashion-conscious and have a great interest in clothes and accessories.

Ideally, you have already acquired knowledge in customer service.

Initial experience as a help-desk agent is desirable.

You have EU citizenship or a work permit for Portugal.
