Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. Mostly the teams here are focused around Technology and Store of the Future.

Reporting to the Workforce Management Lead, you will manage multi-channel management in real-time and ensuring that staffing levels meet the customer and business needs.

As a Strategic Planner, you will work with the local teams planning and managing contact channels, schedule adherence, resource planning, workload priority management and support operational decision.

Being the market owner and an advisor to the operational teams, driving communications and projects from a Workforce Management perspective.


  • Manage Market Regions KPI's and Trend analysis mid to short-term scenario-based approach.
  • Improve staffing levels, capacity analysis and impact description to enhance efficiency
  • Global Market ownership with Global mindset agreement
  • Capacity, Cost efficiency projections and process improvements
  • Work with the global workforce optimization team to make continuous improvements to planning processes, deliverable and routines
  • Headcount Planning analysis scenario-based approach impact projections and cost efficiency proposal

  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Operational experience in a multi-channel customer experience environment
  • Knowledge in Cloud-based CRM Systems is a plus
  • Flexibility in schedule; must be available to work possible evenings, weekends and holidays (because of the nature of our global team)
