We are looking for :

  • Manage, follow-up and relationship to a dedicated customer portfolio for North America (NAM) zone
  • Perform regular Customer Service activities in order to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customer
  • Work within a pool of non-dedicated CRSs
  • We count on you for :

  • Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
  • Coordination of order fulfillment with facilities
  • Complaint entering and follow-up
  • Managing Customer Specific Requirements in SFDC
  • Sample management in SFDC / SAP
  • Customer request management in SFDC
  • Shipped not billed follow up
  • End of month order book follow up
  • You will bring :

  • Experience in a chemical or industrial sector
  • Experience with orders management and billing
  • SAP knowledge
  • University Degree
  • Google tools knowledge (plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Acute customer centricity
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
  • CRM (SFDC a plus)
