SPORTSBOOK MANAGER - PORTO / HYBRID
Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking Sportsbook Manager to join their growing operation in Portugal.
Responsibilities :
Working with the marketing and CRM teams to create the best offers and campaigns for the company’s sports customers suitable for local markets.
Present marketing and CRM with suggestions and recommendations on the most interesting sport events, promotions and product releases for Sportsbook.
Accountable for the sports betting website
Evaluate and improve new functionality and features.
Regular analysis of competitor activity with regards to product development, promotions and positioning.
Supporting in developing product strategy for the company's sportsbook product portfolio
Working alongside their enthusiastic and creative teams of content writers, designers, developers & affiliate managers
Attend industry conferences, supplier and industry events when required.
Working closely with the Product and Operations teams to ensure that site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Profound business understanding and product knowledge.
Passion for sports, and a good understanding of the Portuguese market.
Have a clear understanding of sports betting and the online industry.
Have a thorough understanding of the Sportsbook products, offers and player base.
Proficient user of Excel.
Creative personality with ambition to learn.
Self-going team player who is capable of working in a high-tempo environment.
Knowledge of both English and Portuguese is considered a must, both verbally and written
