Your life as Customer Service Specialist
Our customer service team aims to provide an exceptional support, proactively and reactively, across multiple communication channels.
We want to ensure that all queries are fully documented and responded to, efficient and effectively, by the relevant staff.
Besides that, our purpose is also to maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders, and act as finance partners.
