Job Description

VORTAL’s global customer support and sales on the Supplier side are led by our Business Network Team, which we are reinforcing.

We fulfill our mission by following a customer success approach, divided into market clusters, to manage the full customer journey from onboarding to customer loyalty, with the help of an external partner who focuses on ensuring customer success and satisfaction and increasing the annual recurring revenue.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and develop expertise about customers from different sectors of activity, in a multi-national context, and think upstream to provide clients with new services and solutions and enable them to become long-term users and ambassadors.

We are currently looking for someone passionate about customer success, in a hybrid human-digital approach, pursuit goals, and knowing what it means to go above and beyond to delight our broad community of clients and internal teams!

Responsibilities :

  • Support our clients drawing the best value from the Vortal platform;
  • Manage and monitor a customer portfolio;
  • Analyze issues of clients and find the best ways to resolve them, following operating procedures;
  • Support the team in managing client accounts and services renewals;
  • Conduct market share analysis on clients;
  • Conduct surveys of opportunities with existing customers;
  • Strategic planning with partners and manufacturers;
  • Support in asset management activities (customersB2B, suppliers, BO) / reporting;
  • Preparation of proposals / calculation and monitoring of the main KPIs of the business;
  • Ensure the objectives of sales to new customers and management of the current customer portfolio;
  • Manage access profiles and usage of the platform.

    Education & Experience

  • Degree in Management or equivalent;
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in customer success management & client retention;
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Native Portuguese speaker and knowledge of written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Power BI is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills : face-to-face, on the phone, and through writing;
  • Quick and efficient management of time;
  • Problem-solving and client-oriented skills;
  • Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Multi-tasking;
  • Dynamism and results-oriented.
