What will you do :
Drives technology design, implementation, execution and / or optimization for customer projects / accounts.
Works with customers to plan, design, configure and / or diagnose Cisco’s suite of products, services and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes
Assists customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems and service assurance
Supports presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design
Builds customer simulations in test labs to resolve / validate complex problems and compatibility issues
Creates and delivers customer collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer
Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes
Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
Aligns and supports company policies and processes and utilizes relevant tools to optimal execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals

Who you are :
Bachelors degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical / Computer Engineering or a similar field;
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering with an aptitude for learning new technologies
5 - 10 years’ experience in technical consulting, design, deployment and troubleshooting;
CCNA or CCNP desired (Enterprise or Service Provider);
Devnet certification desired;
Experience in Networking Protocols : knowledge of OSPF, ISIS, BGP , LISP, CGNAT / IP v6, IOS-XR;
Experience working with Cisco Products : Variants of 7600, ASR / ISR routers;
Knowledge of one computer languages and programming (Java, Python, XML, RESTAPI) frameworks desirable;
Desired knowledge with Agile methodology and software development. As well automating network configurations, migrations and bringing up new services.
Possess creative problem-solving and excellent troubleshooting / debugging skills;
Analytically energetic with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze massive datasets;
Easily simplifies, communicates, and educates customers about complex data and processes;
Disseminates significant amounts of information with attention to detail, authority, and accuracy
