Your mission :
Helping customers find the necessary information about the services they are looking for. You’ll have to question, listen and use your ability to help others to make an unforgettable customer experience;
Find the best solution for each person because the most important thing is that every customer has found a solution to their problem at the end of the day.
requisitos / requirements
You are fluent in German and English (eliminatory factor);
You are able to do your work in different platforms. If you are a frequent social media user and you love using apps then you certainly have the dexterity we are looking for.
In every customer interaction you are the friend who always has the right solution. You probably won’t have the answer for everything but thanks to your empathy the customer will always have a good impression of the company you’re representing!
