We're looking for a Customer Service Agent with German to join a multinational outsourcing company located in Lisbon!Our client is an international outsourcing company located in Lisbon!As a Customer Service Agent with Italian or French, you will be responsible for the following tasks : - You will handle calls / emails in both Italian or French and English- You will manage special requests, and online orders- You will handle complaints- You will collaborate with other departmentsSchedule : in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7 am - 10 pm (8h / day) and you will still have 2 days off per week

Requirements

You're the person we're looking for if : - You're fluent in Italian or French and have an advanced level of English- You have great communication skills- Experience in Customer Service or Digital industry is a plus- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills- You'
