We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales / Sales Director for CEE countries to build and lead our sales organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Bolt for Business, you’ll be responsible for implementing the strategies and growth for your region.
Bolt for Business is growing fast, our product is evolving rapidly and our sales teams are ready to evolve and scale.
We’re looking for a driven individual, with experience of rapidly building, coaching and developing sales teams across multiple countries, ideally in a rapid scale up environment.
We don’t just want to build teams, we want to maximise teams and drive multi-million Euro growth - so we need a hunter who’s been there and done it, who doesn’t mind getting hands on with the biggest deals and who will build and drive the sales machine we need.
You’ll need to be a multi-tasker, a rapid thinker and a seasoned international manager and know how to get a sales organisation to deliver results fast.

Your daily adventures will include :
Overseeing sales performance across 6-10 countries
Developing regional go to market strategies and overseeing their deployment and execution
Recruiting and building multi-layered sales organisation in your markets
Training, coaching and improving local sales teams, including performance management where needed
Assisting in closing large Tier 1 international deals
Developing processes, tools, guidance and for your sales organization - you’ll be building the future of Bolt
Achieve growth and hit sales targets for the region
Removing blockers, owning projects to deliver growth and testing new ideas to move the business forward
Achieve growth and hitting sales targets for your region
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the board & senior management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Give market insights, feedback and opportunity input to the product team
Oversee and own the pipeline of opportunities for your region
We are looking for :
BS / MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
8+ years of successful experience in sales roles, consistently exceeding targets, with at least 4+ years in a sales manager / director role and 2+ years experience heading up and growing sales teams in several countries at once
Experience of rapidly recruiting and scaling a sales organisation in multiple locations, scale up / start-up experience would be advantageous
Experience of managing teams, or working in / with markets in Central / Eastern Europe
Experience of outbound selling of a tech service or SaaS product into the SME / large business market
Proven capability to lead and deliver fast and significant multi-million Euro growth, through sales teams
Familiar with leading CRM’s and highly analytical of sales stats and KPIs, with strong knowledge of how to steer a team to meet tough targets
Excellent communication skills in English
Be a master of sales strategy, able to identify opportunities, guide country teams and lead your markets to success
Proven ability to manage sales teams in several diverse countries, from different cultures
Remove blockers, relentlessly drive for improvement and manage multiple stakeholders to get things done quickly
Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow
A true multitasker, able to manage multiple workloads, projects and priorities
Accustomed to fast paced scale up environments, thriving on the challenge to get things done quickly and deliver results
Relentless drive to achieve results, strong willed, motivating and cool under pressure
Someone who gets hands on and is excited to get involved closing big deals and building strategic partnerships
