Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Animating workshops with workplace technical representatives from entity;
Collecting all data and technical elements related to known key components and prerequisites to migration to Windows Edition;
Updating and Delivering technical assessment document;
Preparing prerequisites set up planning;
Managing Prerequisite's setup phase with Product team and especially Requirements drafting, Cloud Proxy onboarding, PerApp VPN setup, Active Directory setup, Enrolment Network, User change management plan and contributing to End-to-end TOM 1st draft;
Provide any feedback to Product Feature team that could contribute to Feature development when necessary or Product lifecycle management;
Technical assessment for each entity that has been planned to evaluate maturity and technical gaps in term of requirements (Application remediation, Cloud proxy onboarding, PerApp VPN setup, Domain AD setup, Licensing plan);
Pre-requisites setup to describe and follow-up each related streams identified on the previous phase;
Documentation of all that will be implemented / configured.
Main Technical Requirements :
Strong experience and knowledge on Workplace environment (Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) and Endpoint Device Management (SCCM / Intune);
Know how Network and security overall knowledge linked to Workplace;
Knowlegde on M365 services and apps : One Drive, Teams, Office Apps, SharePoint Online, etc;
2 years’ experience in Intune Management & 5 years Workplace experience - MDM approach through Autopilot / Intune.
