What the job looks like :
Document Management : setup proper tagging and search strategies
Collect and identify gaps where the organization can benefit from digital workplace products and procedures to improve collaboration, productivity, and outcomes.
Propose solutions for hybrid collaboration
Information Security : evaluate and mitigate risks of new and existing tools
Develop and execute training programs to accelerate the adoption of the digital workplace solutions.
Day-to-day operations and Alarm monitoring of the Digital Workplace environment.
2nd level support tasks
Manage approvals and license assignments
Provisioning of training and best practices
What you bring to the table :
Demonstrated success in implementing digital workplace, collaboration, and / or office productivity tools solutions
Strong experience in configuring and troubleshooting Win 10 & M365 products
Experience in document / information management, search and security classifications.
Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
Solid understanding managing Win10 & M365
Experience of implementing / working to various regulations, standards and frameworks
Ideally with relevant Microsoft certification
Fluent in English
