Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Coordination of support Level 1 (BAU);
Check respect of SLA, and quality of provided answer;
Monitor BAU activity and report to product owner;
Support level 2 on complex request + follow-up of escalation plan with Cornerstone when needed;
Dedicated follow-up calls when needed with specific / strategic entities;
Release follow-up : - impact analysis;
Ability to lead small projects;
Rollout new features for entities including set-up and user training, such as Leaner Home or Reporting 2.0 for example;
Maintenance / minor evolution of custom page;
Continuous Improvement activities - Identify / implement possible improvements following entity feedbacks on pain point;
Lead training / refresher sessions around the solution.
Main Technical Requirements :
Advanced Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS Module;
2+ years of seniority on the product;
Bachelor or Master Degree;
Other Requirements :
Fluent English with good communication skills;
French-speaking is a plus but not mandatory;
