What is this job about?
In this position as Fulfillment Manager your goal is to ensure the order process -from the confirmation of orders to the shipping of products- is running smoothly.
You will be responsible for getting products from their source to the customers.
Work alongside third-party logistics (3PL) and communicate them business requirements such as volumes and upcoming campaigns, ensuring their successful execution
Conduct monthly reviews on 3PLs operational performances
Identify any issue that may affect the operational processes and define solutions
Define a plan to increase productivity and reduce costs
Lead numerous projects improving efficiency, customer experience and cost
Track inventory levels and ensure its accuracy
Participate in the budget forecast
Manage invoices reconciliation, and solve claims and disputes
Contribute to the elaboration of RFQ documentation
Identify potential partners, asses proposals, negotiate and take the final decision
Analyze improvement requests from users
Liaise with the Product and Tech teams of the company
Lead your team in the execution of daily activities
Recruit, train, motivate and develop team potential
What do you need to apply?
Language skills : advanced level in English (C1+)
At least 6 years of experience in Project Management in Logistics, in Retail or small packaging industries
Minimum 4 years of experience in 3PLs Management
Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team
Knowkledge of RFQ documentation
Experience in stock management
Outstanding analytical and negotiation skills
Project management skills
Autonomous and self-starter
Great listener and communicator
Organized and rigorous
Data-driven & detail-oriented

Having any of the following is highly valued by our partner and can be a great plus!
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics in the fashion retail industry
C1 level in German or French
Important : For this position, you will be working in Lisbon, Portugal. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA.
