Since I started online shopping one of my concerns has been which carrier to trust to deliver my package safe and sound.
I’m sure you’ve been in this situation too. There are multiple things that could go wrong if you choose badly, from not knowing where your package is to receiving it damaged or too late.
This company makes sure everything goes well in the process of sending or receiving a package, leaving the customer with 0 worries.
Your job would be to answer inbound calls from customers relating to the company services, processing pick up orders tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery and any questions may appear in the process of an order processing.
This multinational needs a customer service representative, are you able to deliver? If so, come be a part of the team! All you need is to have a native level of Finnish and a minimum C1 / C2 level of English.
Your schedule will be 8 hours per day on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Saturday, between 6 am to 10 pm. Don’t pack up this opportunity! Send us your CV!
