We are currently seeking a Legal Officer (M / F) English Speaker - Part-time , this position is based in Oporto, Portugal.
Legal framework for the Service Centre
Main Functions :
Responsible for Legal Risk Management. As such, must ensure that all local legal risks are identified and controlled and must guarantee the Legal security of the company, in particular for risks pertaining to :
Must ensure that the organization (including management of litigations) is at all time appropriate in order to identify and control such Legal risks such as :
Responsible for local Legal policies, provide Legal memoranda and assist in the company's development through Legal advice and proactive Legal solutions.
Maintain a high level of Legal expertise through proper regulatory watch, trainings, technology watch etc.
Must comply with BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas Cardif governance, standards, norms, procedures and reportings.
As the case may be, must assist relations with and lobbying through governmental regulators.
