We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Consultant (m / f / x) in Lisbon.

Your Task

Reactive phone, email and chat support with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution to our business clients are your responsibilities

You support as a German-speaking Customer Consultant, growing and developing your extensive client basein an innovative and fast paced environment

First Class advice regarding different queries of the business clients by creating a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry is provided by you

Matching the required online advertisement solutions for the business goals in order to provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients define your work

You focus on quality and results to achieve strong customer satisfaction

Your Profile

Your knowledge of written and spoken German is on a high level

Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit are your absolute strenghts

A basic understanding of the English language for internal company communication is essential for you

You are passionate about online Advertising and new technologies

Work experience in the field of German-speaking Customer Service (m / f / x) round up your profile
