Are you looking for a new experience as Tech Recruiter ? Take this opportunity at Kelly and join our Specialized Recruitment team in Portugal.

As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for national and international clients, based on the sourcing and screening IT profiles of middle and top management.

You should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies, working on the database, networking and direct candidate search, with the objective of attracting and identifying talents aligned with the defined profile.

You will be involved in the entire process guaranteeing candidates and clients a positive experience!

What you will bring to the team

Proven work experience as a Recruiter, with a good understanding of the IT industry (skill sets, trends, competition, etc.);

BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree;

Proficient in English;

Strong communication skills including the ability to listen proactively, ask the right questions and clarify the needs of the client and candidate;

Self-motivated as well as a team player, ready to partner with multiple stakeholders and together find the right solutions.
